He is effectively immortal and extremely difficult to injure or kill. Radiation does not affect him at low levels, and at high levels only makes him heal faster. If his limbs are ripped off, he can put them back in place and they'll reattach and heal normally. He will never die of old age, and he can't get sick.

Occupation/s: Currently living off of Eudio's charity fund.

Senses Information:
 - Sight: Along with his dusty and frayed clothing, his skin is badly weathered and scarred, almost as if it's all rotted while still attached to him. It tends to look like it's stretched tightly against his bones and has very little elasticity except where it's necessary like his neck and stomach. He has no fingernails or toenails, and his teeth are yellowed despite being very well-aligned and otherwise presentable. He has no lips, but rather just thin lines of scarring around his mouth where they should be. His eyes are completely black, sclera to pupil, and while he has eyelids they're hard to distinguish from the rest of his skin when his eyes are open. He also has no hair, not even eyebrows, but his brows will move normally to convey expression. If he undresses, his skin is stretched harshly over his ribs and the area of his solar plexus is slightly caved in. There is a bit of a bump where his organs rest, as there is precious little fat to even out his body shape. Overall, he highly resembles the corpse of a starvation victim.
- Smell: Hancock has a generally off-putting odor; showers and baths are a rare commodity in the Commonwealth, as are cleaning products. Even when they're available, he's not really in the habit. Although, on the plus side, he can't sweat. His natural odor, under the dirt and grit, is a sort of ambiguous flesh smell that isn't quite human. It's not a good smell, but not horrible either. Just... off-putting.
- Hearing: Hancock's voice is extremely raspy. His throat was badly damaged from his transformation into a ghoul, and that also stops him from being able to fix his voice at all. When moving one can hear the layers of his outfit shifting together, and if his skin rubs against itself it makes a somewhat duller noise than a normal human's skin. His boots are leather, which also lends a bit to the particular sound of him walking, along with the loud click of his rubber heels on most surfaces.
- Touch: Hancock's skin is rough and dry, feeling distinctly like there is almost no fat or muscle to speak of under it. There are almost no pores on his skin, as they have either melted closed or opened into gross dips and craters in areas that see a lot of movement (knees, mouth, hands). There is absolutely no hair on his body, so it all sort of feels like scar tissue. His mouth tends to be dry as well, with a rough tongue and precious little saliva unless he's very excited or in the middle of eating.
- Taste: Hancock's skin has a distinctly metallic taste, which may be recognized by the knowledgeable as the product of radiation. Generally, dirt tends to collect in the cracks of his skin, so licking him isn't exactly sanitary unless he's just come out of a bath.

Permissions

Platonic Physical Contact: He loves it, and anyone willing to give him a hug or even a brofist is good in his book.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: You have no idea how much he wants this. He's a bit of a heartthrob back home, and he'll flirt with basically anyone who's receptive toward it (although it's also how he teases people who hate him). 
Violent Physical Contact: Fight him. Do it. DO IT. Just be warned that he has unquestioned authority in a town populated by thieves and mercenaries, so he can definitely hold his own. Plotting to decide the victor/casualties of a fight is preferred. Please warn me if you're planning to cause any damage that will incapacitate him, or especially if you want to kill him.

IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: Hancock makes a lot of sex/drug/violent references, jokes about cannibalism and isn't afraid to make a joke out of serious/painful situations in an attempt to lighten the mood. As far as what offends him, he dislikes people making fun of his face; being shocked or insulting it at first is fine, but going out of their way to look down on him makes him angry. Also, he loses his temper easily if someone's purposefully abusing/hurting an innocent. He may attack if he feels someone deserves it, but he'll always make sure to warn them first.

OOC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: I tend to come off as crass/thoughtless, but I swear I don't mean to. If I overstep any boundaries, please contact me and let me know so I can learn. I don't mean to be rude, I just don't have a very good social filter.

Other Notes: He'll be more offended by someone stealing his hat than someone insulting his face.
